Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is planning to promote coaches from Manchester United’s academy setup to help compensate for the departure of longtime assistant, Rui Faria, according to ESPN FC.
Faria worked alongside Mourinho for 17 years is leaving his post, which marks the end of an era.
“Yes, but maybe one day we are playing against each other in the Premier League” Mourinho said, according to MUTV.
“If that moment arrives, I will be a very proud guy because this man came to me when he was a kid 17 years ago. So, if that happens, I will be a very proud guy.”
